Registered and confirmed Greenbuild media can attend this event free. Please review the following event guidelines:
- Reservations for the Press Box are on a first come, first served basis
- Spots may not be reserved for colleagues, photographers, etc. -- each individual must reserve his or her own spot through this survey
- The press box is only for working members of the press who are registered and confirmed to attend Greenbuild as media
- There is a limit of two individuals per organization in the press box; each individual must make their own reservation
Video Footage: Video crews will not be permitted to bring their equipment to the Opening Keynote & Celebration, including into the press box. There will be pool video coverage and a mult box for camera crews to plug into. The press box has an analog composite signal with audio. The feed will also be available at the broadcast blockhouse (feed SDI or HDSDI), located outside gate "H" - section 119.
Registered Greenbuild media who do not get a spot in the press box will be admitted to special stadium seating along the first baseline. It is recommended that still photographers plan to sit in this section rather than reserving a spot in the press box, as the press box is not well-suited for photography.
Photography: No flash photography is allowed during Sheryl Crow's performance. Ms. Crow does not allow photography after the third song. Photos from the Opening Keynote & Celebration will be made available following the event.
Registered media will receive wrist bands during onsite check-in needed to access the press box and the special stadium seating. Wrist bands can be picked up in the press room (room 125A) starting on Tuesday Nov 10 at 8am and will be available until we run out.
